Across southern and east central Vermont, numerous organizations work to keep their communities safe and healthy by preventing drug and alcohol misuse. PL4, a State of Vermont-designated prevention lead organization, brings these local groups together with information, tools and support as part of a common, coordinated strategy. We support their efforts with an array of communications tactics such as social media kits, epubs, and report design to facilitate communication with state legislators.
